I've been a personal trainer since 2017. I wasn’t massively into sport or exercise at a younger age, I had always lacked confidence as a skinny teenager but one day I decided to do something about it and signed up to my local gym, it was there I found my love for fitness and exercise.
Fast forward to 2017 I qualified as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, got a job in a gym, since then have gained numerous qualifications and because I am so passionate about helping others I have built my knowledge over the years to better my service for my clients.
I'm a parent to my little boy Jacob and a husband to my wife Jade. Becoming these two things has given me a new perspective on fitness and nutrition. I'm grateful to now understand how tough it can be to fit family, career, friends and your own health into life.
I'm not the kind of trainer who will enforce strict rules on you around exercise and food. I'll encourage you to include whatever kind of food you enjoy and move in whatever way you like. I'm a firm believer in us working together as a team and will aim to coach you with that in mind at all times.
